About the owners…..
No one understands the essence of great food better than hubby and wife team Rod and Amy. With five children aged from 6 to 21 between them, there is always plenty reasons to come together and food ( and good wine!!) is always central to that. Wether its the age old slow cooked roast pork with cracking, homemade apple sauce, chunky winter vegetable rubble and jus made from scratch or a wood fired pizza topped with fresh napoli, spicy chorizo, prawns & basil from the garden or Rod’s signature aromatic red duck curry, they are just passionate about great food shared with family and friends.

Owners Rod & Amy
Rod, a fully qualified chef for over 30 years has gained his expertise & love of fine food working in prestige city clubs and restaurants before embarking on his first enterprise The Chefs Hat Café & Catering based in Blackburn, 1993.
Amy’s specialty in customer service & function organisation has been gained by over 20 years working in hospitality and event management industries. Rodamz catering was formed in 2004 when Rod and Amy (fresh from their honeymoon!) opened a kitchen and food store in Doncaster East. Since then Rodamz has branched out and moved premises to Kilsyth along with managing the bistro, functions and events at Eastwood Golf Club.
