About the owners…..

Food is not just a job for Rodamz owners Rod and Amy Endall it’s their passion. 

Rod, a fully qualified chef for over 25 years has gained his expertise & love of fine food working in prestige city clubs and restaurants before embarking on his first enterprise The Chefs Hat Café & Catering based in Blackburn.  Amys specialty in customer service & function organisation has been gained by over 10 years working in hospitality and event management industries.

Together they share a passion & commitment to providing exceptional quality food and service levels.
